Account Support Representative

Location: Sturbridge, MA

Job Description: The Account Support Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining post-sales contact with customers to facilitate a positive and productive long term relationship. Duties entail:

Liaison between the customer and QS/1 for implementation of products and services to include facilitating implementation and installation, issue identification and resolution, on-site training of customers, and visiting or contacting all of their assigned customers at least twice a year.

Will communicate and coordinate activities with sales, order processing, customer support, and training/implementation.

Qualifications: Must have a prior related work experience with pharmacy dispensing software (2-4 years, or more) with proficiency with computer-based applications at the user level, and excellent interpersonal skills.  

A related bachelor’s degree is required, but candidates with an associates degree and related work experience will be considered. 

Experience working in a long-term care facility or experience with PrimeCare software.

This position is ideal for a pharmacy technician with experience with dispensing software.
