Tammy Devine

Tammy joined the J M Smith Corporation, in 1982, as an applications programmer before QS/1 became a separate division. She then became a systems programmer and was subsequently promoted to director of systems programming in 1991. In 1998, Tammy transitioned from the development side of QS/1 and became director of national marketing. Tammy gained national visibility as the chief marketing officer for QS/1’s healthcare-related products and services. In 2004, she was promoted to vice president of marketing and sales. She became executive vice president in July 2008, assuming responsibility for all day-to-day operations at QS/1. In May 2011, Tammy was named president of QS/1. Tammy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina; she is also a graduate of Duke University’s Advanced Management Program at the Fuqua School of Business. She has a MBA from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. She is active in community affairs and is on the boards of Converse College and Spartanburg Community College, the J M Smith Foundation and the American Society for the Automation of Pharmacy (ASAP).

Vice President, National Sales
Ed Willett   

Ed joined QS/1, in 1982, as a software technician. He served in several managerial positions throughout the company before being promoted to corporate accounts executive in 1996. In 2004, Ed was promoted to field operations manager and then to field operations director in 2006, overseeing Central Training and QS/1 Regional Offices. In April 2012, Ed was promoted to vice president of national sales. He now oversees Healthcare and Governmental Sales, Strategic Accounts and Upgrades.

Revonda Spratt

After years of hands-on pharmacy experience using QS/1 systems, Revonda joined QS/1, in 1985, as a trainer/installer. In 1992, Revonda was promoted to training manager and in 1995 to product services manager with responsibilities that included overseeing the operations of Creative Services, Electronic Database Services, Product Documentation, Product Delivery/Quality Assurance and Communications. In 2003, Revonda was promoted to director of product services and then to vice president of development and services. In 2008, she was promoted to vice president of Support and Quality Assurance. Her responsibilities expanded to include overseeing QS/1’s governmental products, services and quality assurance and Creative Services. In April 2012, Revonda was named vice president of Operations, adding the responsibility of overseeing QS/1 regional operations and training.

Vice President, Development and Systems
Sonny Anderson

Sonny joined QS/1, in 1983, as an applications programmer for the pharmacy product. Over the next 15 years, he played an instrumental role in the creation and development of QS/1’s Point-of-Sale, Home Medical Equipment and Central Office products. He authored QS/1’s first inventory system and electronic software distribution system, while also spending time enhancing and supporting QS/1’s billing and customer tracking system. In 1998, Sonny was promoted to manager of systems programming and then director of systems in 2001. In 2003, he was promoted to director of systems and technology. In 2008, Sonny was named vice president of development and systems. In his current position, Sonny oversees all corporate IT functions and product development. Sonny has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Carolina and a MBA from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina. Sonny also serves on the board of Spartanburg Community College.
