SystemOne
Easy to use and learn, SystemOne features context sensitive Help to provide instant answers to questions. You can access most functions with just a few clicks or keystrokes from any screen. Built- in wizards provide interactive, step-by-step instructions on infrequent tasks such as adding new personnel, new price plans, A/R and initial store setup.
Better Productivity
SystemOne eliminates re-keying of data for order entry, billing, accounts receivable, inventory control and other tasks. The system ensures compliance with Medicare billing rules and regulations and generates the required Medicare documentation including assignment of benefits, release of information, delivery tickets, CMNs, physicians orders and Medicare supplier standards. In addition to making billing easier, SystemOne handles the automatic rebilling of capped rentals, non-capped rentals and even supply orders each month. Accounts Receivable
SystemOne's A/R module is an open item A/R with real time aging that allows you to easily view patient or carrier balances at any time. Easily view all activity on a patient account. Flexible billing options allow you to bill the patient, family member or other third party for any charges not covered by insurance. Comprehensive reporting allows A/R again by carrier and patient, provides extensive monitoring of both carrier and patient activity over any time period selected, and includes DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) in three versions. Transfer patient balances from HME A/R to QS/1 pharmacy software A/R to provide a single patient statement.
Advanced Third Party
Enhance your electronic billing capabilities and third party management with SystemOne's Advanced Third Party module. This module allows you to bill direct electronic claims to the other three DMERCs and other state Medicaid programs. In addition, this module includes the ability to electronically bill hundreds of other carriers through WebMD clearinghouse.
Purchase Order
Our Purchase Order module links to the included Inventory Management module enabling you to prepare purchase orders based on user-defined reorder points.
Document Imaging
Integrate document images directly into SystemOne with our optional Document Imaging module. Use the module to scan most documents and save them to the patient, doctor, carrier, item and transaction records. This module saves you thousands of dollars over standalone document imaging systems.
Point-of-Sale
Expand your store management with integrated POS. QS/1's proven POS system integrates with SystemOne to handle cash, check and credit card transactions for your customers. The system automatically reduces inventory quantities for sold items, manages promotions and improves security.
Data Export
Our Data Export module allows you to extract up to 120 differents fields from SystemOne for manipulation in a number of files types or formats, including Microsoft Excel or Word 123, dBase, Fox base and ASCII.
Advanced Security Module
Maintain the integrity of your data and protect against potential employee theft with QS/1's integrated Advanced Security module. The module monitors and records any changes to cash or inventory levels, recording when changes occurred and who made them.
SystemOne onDemand
For stores that prefer not to manage their computer systems and networks, we provide SystemOne OnDemand. This solution provides all the advantages of SystemOne and leaves all software maintenance and updates, security backups, general server maintenance and virus protection to our in-house specialists. Your data is maintained in redundant remote QS/1 data centers preventing loss of valuable data to power outages, network or equipment failure.
Enterprise Solutions
QS/1's Enterprise solution allows up to 256 store/ warehouse locations to reside on a single server, eliminating the need to maintain multiple servers at different locations. You can share doctor, carrier and patient data, but keep seperate inventory files. Transmit all claims from the same central location to improve efficiency and reduce communication costs. And, protect your stores' data with centralized backups, data maintenance and mulitple security levels. Install all software and server updates only once on your central office server. Each store can operate on a different software release thus allowing stores the flexibility to upgrade as desired.
Host/Remote
Allow up to ten locations to reside on a single server with QS/1's Host/Remote solution. With host/remote, your chain can centralize many processes including software and server updates, back-ups, customer profiles and more to streamline workflow and productivity.
Database Services
Maintain up-to-date files by subscribing to QS/1's database services. Our quarterly CD ROM includes 100,000 + Medicare allowables, 13,000 + ICD-9 codes and OCNA/Medigap numbers.
