NRx® Pharmacy Management System
NRx is the complete pharmacy system you need to stay competitive in the changing pharmacy market.
NRx is suitable for any independent pharmacy, including multiple locations, 340B, clinics, and outpatient pharmacies. Prescription processing, flexible workflow, Pharmacy at a Glance dashboard, HME Part B documentation and MTM make your pharmacy more productive and profitable. NRx has optional integrated products to meet your pharmacy needs, such as POS, IVR, Nursing Home module, document management and A/R. QS/1 has hundreds of NRx interfaces to other pharmacy systems, including: dispensing and packaging automation.
NRx enhances your pharmacy’s productivity with tools to simplify workflow, process claims, manage inventory and more. Our medication alignment tools give patients with multiple prescriptions the convenience of having all their medications refilled on the same day each month. InstantFill® automatically queues eligible Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and web refills, prints labels and sends them to an automated-dispensing system for filling. Health-Minder® improves medication adherence by sending refill reminders to patients by phone, text or email. Your patients will appreciate the convenience of ordering refills on the web or from their smartphones using our mobileRx® refill app. Our built-in Workflow is flexible and customizable to meet your pharmacy’s unique needs, and Pharmacy at a Glance helps you pinpoint and eliminate potential bottlenecks while Will Call helps you locate prescriptions quickly at checkout. Medication Therapy Management (MTM) offers disease management and immunization programs, with customizable reporting tools to provide flexibility. Our return-to-stock feature, inventory control and electronic ordering reduce inventory costs, which leads to greater profits. QS/1’s support is available via a toll-free number seven days a week. Customers receive interactive training sessions and have access to self-paced webinars, online demos and learning opportunities at our Regional Workshops and annual Customer Conference. NRx works with other QS/1 products, including Point-of-Sale (POS) system, SystemOne® for home medical equipment (HME), Multi-Site Management (MSM™), IVR and Web Refill Services, to provide the most comprehensive approach to pharmacy in America. It’s backed by the reliability of 38 years of experience and the support of an industry-leading software provider.
MSM provides a SQL-based central data warehouse that is ideal for pharmacies with multiple locations. It automatically collects data and allows you to generate customized reports and export data to your favorite off-the-shelf software to create user-specific reports without extensive application expertise. This service captures required signatures, accepts payments at the point-of-delivery, adds a charge amount for each delivery, assigns a driver/delivery person to each device and displays driver/delivery notes. The app does not require an internet connection and is available as a free download from the appropriate app store. This service requires QS/1’s NRx and Point-of-Sale systems.Learn more »
