It identifies and manages the patients who impact a pharmacy’s Five-Star Ratings; offers targeted patient messaging via phone and text; manages MTM opportunities from Mirixa® and others with the eNGAGE portal; and documents additional healthcare information, including vaccinations, clinical measures and additional medications.

Offers free direct-to-patient messaging programs to provide targeted health education messages based on past transactions and behavior. It integrates with QS/1’s software and is customized for each store, allowing pharmacies to promote their programs to their patients. For each CarePoint, pharmacies accumulate credits that are applied to their quarterly PowerLine® invoices.

QS/1 Health-Minder® with Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Text and Email
Health-Minder is a program included in QS/1’s Pharmacy Management Systems that provides the ability to automatically refill prescriptions for patients enrolled in the program. If the pharmacy utilizes the QS/1 Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, patients can be notified when their refills are ready for pickup through the call-out feature. If a patient prefers receiving notification via email or text, combine with PDR® services to provide this option as well to encourage medication adherence.
