QS/1 Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP)
Extracts controlled-substance prescriptions information from pharmacies’ claims and submits them to the state agency within the required time frame (excluding NY and OK) to ensure pharmacies are compliant with state laws. It eliminates the need for staff to manually keep a list and send it to the state agency. It assigns an iManager account, and if the state provides error reports to QS/1, pharmacies can use iManager to review that information and the claims submitted. PMP currently reports for 39 states.
