Hardware Maintenance

  • On-Site Maintenance provides a visit from a regional office representative when a hardware issue cannot be resolved over the phone. It and provides replacement equipment in the event the hardware cannot be repaired.
  • Mail-In Maintenance ships replacement equipment when an issue cannot be resolved over the phone and provides a prepaid UPS return label to return the broken equipment.
  • Phone-In Maintenance offers support for a flat per-month rate. In the event the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, customers are referred to the equipment’s maintenance provider.
