QS/1's Multi-Site Management (MSM) integrates with your QS/1 NRx Pharmacy Management software to provide centralized data control of your multiple store locations. This allows you to easily share records across the network and between stores.

Data Control

Multi-Site Management puts you in control of data sharing between your pharmacies. Whether it is two stores or more, MSM allows you to control the flow of data that is shared between the operations.

From one central location, you can maintain store-level inventories, third parties, pricing and employee access and security. You can also track drug usage, sales trends and prescription activity.

Data Sharing

No longer do you have to worry about updating each store individually or relying on someone else to tackle that duty for you. If you want to update pricing for all stores, send the new data to the store servers. Need to change data for just one store? The same solution is available through MSM. You can make the change at your corporate office, then replicate the data to individual sites, a specific group of sites, or all stores.

Easy to Learn

Learning to manage your data through MSM is an easy process. QS/1's training staff will help you through the process of setting up the data transfers. After the initial training, you'll be prepared to move data between stores anytime you need. In fact, the basic computer knowledge of QS/1's Pharmacy Management System is intuitive which will make the entire process seamless.

Data Security

Your information is safe and secure with QS/1. Security control access ensures only those employees who need to see certain information have access to it.

The same security settings you use on the "store level" for employees are similar to the ones that determine access to data on the Multi-Site Management.

Flexible Reporting

You will have the ability to automate the reports you use the most often. Exporting data is quick and easy and will work with "off-the-shelf" software to create your own reports within MSM. These reports could include drug usage tracking, sales trends by specific stores or as groups, and prescription activity.

Requirements

MSM will require that all locations be connected via a Wide Area Network (WAN). This WAN will be engineered by your IT Department prior to installation.
