Many carriers do not allow direct transmission of electronic claims. QS/1 has partnered with the Zirmed clearinghouse to allow the majority of claims to be sent electronically. Zirmed offers features like eligibility checking, same and similar equipment checking, claims submission, ERN electronic payment downloads, claims status inquiry, electronic patient statement, credit card / check payment portal and much more.
