When unit-dose processing, users can customize the fill list to fit a variety of dispensing intervals and systems. Dispensing and billing can be managed independently.

The dispensing process includes order entry, pharmacist verification, labeling/packaging, quality assurance with NDC barcode verification and drug images, and delivery with barcode tote checking. Orders that require additional attention can be pushed to the error resolution queue to avoid delay.

Enjoy comprehensive financial data management with easy posting, reporting and tracking of private pay and facility charges with a variety of accounts receivable reports. Easily process statements, trial balances and departmental reports with electronic claims reconciliation. The billing rules for order processing can be maintained at the facility level in the facility billing matrix and maintained in the patient billing matrix by the billing department. Third-party receivables are also easily reported and tracked. Reconciliation of claims, both manual and electronic, including 835, is included.
