After the Initial Set up

After the initial set-up, the QS/1 Remote Backup Service is automatic and "hands-free." Encryption ensures the privacy of customer information. All remote backup files are encrypted before being transmitted to geographically separate data centers. These data center locations are equipped with redundant communication links and electric power generators for secure, reliable storage.

Automatic Transfer

The Remote Backup Service automatically transfers the remote backup data at the same time every evening for consistency. The system also sends a verification email to the pharmacy to confirm receipt or a notification of any backup and transmission failures. To avoid potential data loss, QS/1 retains the 10 most recent backup transmissions.

QS/1's Remote Backup Service gives your company a reliable plan in the event of crisis or natural disaster. Our system protects all data against fire, flood or other natural disasters that may occur at a customer location.
