QS/1 is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as an Associate Customer Support Agent. Our ideal candidate will serve as the primary support liaison between the company and our customers. Be involved in any additional follow-up, testing and/or troubleshooting. Is directly responsible for appropriate referrals to other support and quality assurance areas.

Qualifications:

Associate degree in computer science, business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field desired. Requires additional training in skills to fulfill the basic responsibilities of the position. This is an entry-level position typically requiring less than 18 months of support experience.

Activities include developing and administering real time and historical reporting activities; facilitate the forecasting and planning of shifts based on anticipated customer demand; and ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

Qualifications:

Job Description:

The PowerLine (PL) Support Representative provides both technical and non-technical support to PL customers, including both public and internal product lines via phone and/or Internet. Services as primary support liaison between PL and customer. Provides necessary feedback or escalation to PL management.
