New customers receive customized online and onsite training before they “go live” with our software. Additional training is provided in the weeks and months that follow.

In addition to a trainer, QS/1 offers extensive tools to refresh skills or train new staff. Training workbooks, i-trainers, Webinars and online Help files offer up-to-date information when our customers need it most.

After the training process is complete, QS/1 continues to assist by providing the best customer service in the industry. Our Customer Support Center strives to answer calls immediately and resolve issues just as fast. Our agents complete weeks of training and a certification process before answering calls.
