The Francisco Partners acquisition of Smith Technologies ® was an impetus like that – and we’re excited to know that moving forward, our company is receiving the kind of investment that changes the game. But like any change that may surprise at first glance, our new identity has been strategically evolving for a while now. We renewed our focus on leading the industry, and we dug in to perform the executional excellence that it requires. Our new parent company name – RedSail Technologies, LLC – reflects our sense of direction and confidence that we can serve you well into the future. The articles in this issue of Insight encapsulate benefits from having the confidence to change. We present the second installment about technology innovation from our subject matter expert, and we highlight changing ways of doing established business – like our new partnership with OmniSYS ® that will help to elevate the clinical services you are able to offer your patients, new types of ePrescribing messages, and new software features for prescription delivery and HME/DME. Plus, you’ll be introducted to the RedSail Technologies’ leadership team. All this to say – while you and your team continue to navigate today’s tremendous demands and changes, we are affirming our commitment to be here.
