Summer 2020 | 31 The Employee Detail screen displays where you can populate general information and define system access. QS/1 recommends limiting access to Store Control and File Maintenance. It is easier to Select All initially, and then uncheck what functionality the user should not have access to. Click the boxes to check or uncheck. Check marks indicate access. The employee’s role can be identified. For example, if you want to add driver information to Delivery Tickets, the driver will need a login and must be identified accordingly. There’s also an option to copy one user’s access to another user. Just click the Copy button and a screen with the copied access will display to add the next user.
