To comply: y Diagnosis Code(s) was added to the Rx Transfer report for C2-C5 medications. y The Prt C2-5 Dx Print Option was added to the Transferred Rx Report. y The report format was updated to include the pharmacist first and last name for the incoming and outgoing transfer printout and for faxed transfers.
