Winter 2021 | 31 RedSail Patient Chart This new cloud-based Patient Chart helps users document clinical services and submit eCare Plans. Log and track patient clinical information – lab/vital measurements, allergies, social history, intervention/education, etc. – from a Pharmacist Electronic Care Plan (PeCP) directly from the Patient Chart. That data can then be submitted to CPESN, if the pharmacy has enabled the RedSail Patient Chart and signed a CPESN Service Authorization form. y Added Enable RedSail Patient Chart option to Store Control > Store Level Options > Store Options > System . Need to Know : y All existing eCare Plans are exported from NRx and PrimCare and imported into the RedSail Patient Chart. y Patient Records are created inside the RedSail Patient Chart based on imported Care Plan data. y Once the RedSail Patient Chart is enabled, NRx and PrimeCare will no longer have previous eCare Plan functionality. y The RedSail Patient Chart will replace all existing eCare Plan functionality within NRx and PrimeCare. Patient Record Perform the following Pharmacy Management System (PMS) Application Programming Interface (API) calls: y Add Patient y Update Patient y View Patient y Add Care Plan eCare Plan y All eCare Plan documentation is completed within the RedSail Patient Chart. y Triggers within NRx and PrimeCare will automatically launch Google Chrome ™ to a specific Patient or eCare Plan workspace. Enrollment Begins February 2021 To enroll, email pharmacyservices@qs1.com or call 800.845.7558, ext. 1471. Once complete, Support Services will make an appointment with your pharmacy to enable the RedSail Patient. Note: Prescriptions cannot be processed during this time. Please expect this process to take between 30-45 minutes. PMS API consists of over 150 fields: y Patient Demographics y Clinical (Allergies/Diagnosis) y Rx Profile with Transaction History y Labs and Lab Results y Immunizations
