Job Description: Performs basic on-site installation and general maintenance tasks on hardware products.  Resolves customer problems and answers questions.  Keeps record of system problems and issues.  Operates under general supervision.  Reports to a supervisor; may report to a Regional Manager.  Typically requires up to three years of field support experience.

Qualifications: Certified in hardware and equipment installation and repairs through vocational school. Typically requires up to three years of field support experience.

Location: QS/1 Central - Spartanburg, SC

Job Description: Provides technical support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of product via the telephone and/or Internet.  Serves as primary support liaison between company and customers.  Conveys customer feedback to supervisor. 

Part-time position will work approximately 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday 11am-4pm.

Qualifications: Associate degree in computer science, business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field desired.  Requires additional training in skills to fulfill the basic responsibilities of the position. This is an entry-level position typically requiring less than 18 months of support experience.

Location: QS/1 Central - Spartanburg, SC

Job Description: Conducts training over the phone or in-house for customers regarding operation and features of products.  Prepares training materials and documentation for customers.  Occasional travel to customer sites and/or trade shows is required.

Qualifications: A minimum of a two year degree in related field; bachelor’s degree preferred (in business, engineering or computer science). Typically requires 18 months to three years of experience of related experience to be fully successful in technical training, product support, and/or consulting.

Location: QS/1 Central - Spartanburg, SC

Job Description: Working in close collaboration with other departments, applies knowledge and skills in programming techniques and designing front end web technologies to develop, implement, and support corporate, customer facing, web applications.  While the primary focus will be front end, the position will also be the backup for the back end developer (C#, SQL, .NET).

Qualifications: Computer Science degree preferred, technical certificate considered with appropriate experience. Experience in financial, transaction-based, customer facing web site development and support. 2 Years hands on front end web development experience. Lotus Notes knowledge/experience is a plus.
