Job Description: Responsibilities include diagnosis of system failures with computers and all related peripherals. Customer support provided by telephone, with on-site service calls as necessary. A valid drivers license and clean driving record is required as a considerable amount of time involves traveling to customer sites. This is an entry level position with a competitive hourly rate and overtime as necessary. No benefits are included as this is classified as a temporary position and is expected to last 6-8 months while a member of our team is serving in the National Guard.

Job Description:
Qualified candidate will analyze, research, design, develop, debug, maintain and test software applications that support online transaction processing environment and other time-critical applications.  Other duties include:

  • Maintains and enhances the inbound and outbound applications for claims and POS switching.
  • Consults and works with external hardware, network and system engineers to evaluate the interfaces and protocols used between hardware and software, in the claim adjudication and card payment processing environment.
  • Assists and works with in-house IT staff to provide optimal performance and uptime of the claim adjudication and card payment networks and systems. 
  • Works independently or with others to resolve issues that arise with the claims adjudicating and card payment processing.
  • Works with product analysts, quality assurance and customer support groups as required to provide required features, stability and quick response to escalated customer impacting issues.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. in computer Science required.
  • Experience coding in C, C++, C#, and interfacing with Microsoft SQL server.
  • Knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals and networking concepts and terminology.

Job Description: Conducts training over the phone or in-house for customers regarding operation and features of products.  Prepares training materials and documentation for customers.  Occasional travel to customer sites and/or trade shows is required.

Typically requires 18 months to three years of experience of related experience to be fully successful in technical training, product support, and/or consulting.

Job Description: Working in close collaboration with other departments, applies knowledge and skills in programming techniques and designing front end web technologies to develop, implement, and support corporate, customer facing, web applications.  While the primary focus will be front end, the position will also be the backup for the back end developer (C#, SQL, .NET).

Qualifications: Computer Science degree preferred, technical certificate considered with appropriate experience. Experience in financial, transaction-based, customer facing web site development and support. 2 Years hands on front end web development experience. Lotus Notes knowledge/experience is a plus.
