Quality Assurance Technician I

Location: QS/1 Central - Spartanburg, SC

QS/1, is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I for QA Department.

Responsibilities include:

• Assess performance and quality of QS/1 Software products against specified criteria and standards.
• Identify, analyze, and document all defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with the stated requirements and design specifications.
• Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies.
• Responsibilities may also include beta test site support of assigned products or releases, documenting and updating processes, and providing new or innovative ideas for improving product or release testing from the test sites. 

Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field. Minimum of two years technical experience preferred.  Strong written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to work independently within a quickly changing environment and have excellent attention to detail.
