Market Analyst
Location: QS/1 Central - Spartanburg, SC
We are currently seeking a Market Analyst in our Long Term Care division. Duties include:
- Collecting and communicating market research information.
- Researching customers, prospects and competitors.
- Interpreting data and reports on market conditions.
- Maintaining market intelligence database and disseminating highlights of information.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of LTC pharmacy experience
- 4 year degree in business, marketing or related field
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking
Quality Assurance Technician I
Location: QS/1 Central - Spartanburg, SC
QS/1, is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician I for QA Department.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess performance and quality of QS/1 Software products against specified criteria and standards.
- Identify, analyze, and document all defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with the stated requirements and design specifications.
- Assist in implementing improvements in test methods and strategies.
- Responsibilities may also include beta test site support of assigned products or releases, documenting and updating processes, and providing new or innovative ideas for improving product or release testing from the test sites.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business or related field. Minimum of two years technical experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communications skills required. Must be able to work independently within a quickly changing environment and have excellent attention to detail.
Associate Customer Support Agent
Location: QS/1 Central - Spartanburg, SC
Job Description: Provides technical support to customers, answering questions on function and usage of products over the telephone and internet. Serves as primary support liaison between company and customers. Expected to develop a thorough knowledge of company’s products.
Qualifications: Associates degree in computer science, business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related field desired. Requires additional training in skills to fulfill the basic responsibilities of the position. This is an entry-level position typically requiring less than 18 months of support experience.
