Communicates with customers with regard to account problems and discusses customer concerns and suggestions. Focuses efforts on product feedback, enhancements, upgrades, and development. Product certification is required.

Job Description:

Conducts training over the phone or in-house for customers regarding operation and features of products. Prepares training materials and documentation for customers. May be responsible for employee instruction in the absence of specific employee instructional staff. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or trade shows is required.

Prior experience with PrimeCare software and/or long-term care experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a two year degree in related field; bachelor’s degree preferred (in business, engineering or computer science). Typically requires a minimum of two years of experience or related experience to be fully successful.
